    I had a similar experience. I made a website, then decided to write a spam killer and in a week I had 180 thousand hits. It wasn't even the original intent of my webpage

    Yep some times just everything works out. I remember I was working like crazy to make a site go and a friend did one just messing around. And got some lucky breaks so it really took off so he sold it real fast and made some cash since he didnt want to run it:)
