Here's another dumb question

I see many people have links at the bottom of their posts, like a signatures or whatever. Where the heck in my Settings & Options can I do this?

 

Maybe I haven't been a member for a week yet?

So back to this again. Does that mean that when I do qualify, a field for "signature" will magically appear in my Profile section?
