What do you do if your product doesn't sell? Here is what I think can be done in that case: 1) Giving away a valuable info or product build trust in your readers. So you can make your landing page to give away that product for free. Ask your readers to subscribe to your newsletter and and then they will be taken to the download link for free. Now you'll have a lot of subscribers. Then send them your newsletter every week giving them more valuable info and sometimes an affiliate link of others' products that are related to your niche. You will start profiting if really have loyal reader-base. However, don't try to flood your subscribers' emails with your affiliate links. 2) Another option is to start a blog about the same topic as the product and give away this product free to your newsletter subscribers and follow the same strategy as above. All this will definitely help you in the long run.(At least that works for me).
Yup giving your product away for free or for signing up to newsletters is a great idea. You can also try modifying your product so that it does sell!
Thanks guys for all your comments. But I am not saying one must use these strategies if his product is not selling. First try to edit your conversion page. There may be some things that could be taking your visitors away from buying. Even small changes in your conversion pages can bring a lot of sales. Giving away your product for free comes at the very last stage if you have tried all methods to sell your product and still couldn't get enough sales.
