Here goes nothing

    Well guys, I have been on this forum for quite a while now and been following a lot of posts by different people. I wanted to ask a few questions of the experienced webmasters. I have a website I have been working on for almost a year now, consistently, it is a good niche, with varying payouts, I have about 300 articles or individual pages mostly unique content, I am now ranking very well for several keywords, and although the traffic is slowly increasing it is still a measly 100 visitors on average, I am making between $1 and $3 a day from it but I think that is too little,

    1. what can I do to increase the earning.
    2. How long does it take content pages to start ranking.
    3. An authority site would constitute what number of pages/articles.
    4. Whats the best way to increase traffic.
    Any help would be appreciated friends.

    PM, I have in fact used the search feature and I do use it regularly, but a discussion never hurt anyone did it? I could learn something new, maybe someone else would too.

    there are so many "how can i increase earnings/clicks/whatever" in adsense you are telling me none of them are useful?

    - Keep writing consistently and generate quality backlinks for your blog
    2. How long does it take content pages to start ranking.
    - It depends how strong your blogs is and how much google bots loves your blog
    3. An authority site would constitute what number of pages/articles.
    - Its not about pages or articles its about traffic and the topics you select, select the topics which most of the people search for
    4. Whats the best way to increase traffic.
    - SEO, Social bookmarking, Facebook, Digg, Twitter etc

    And remember one thing don't work hard but work smart

    If you have a little budget you can always try to purchase some traffic, that's how I started. Also building up a Twitter account really worked out well for me, I can forward you a few methods to make it grow fast if you need.

    There are no real secrets to increase earnins.

    You are earning very well with this low traffic.

    Write quality content often and to bring more traffic there also not many tricks, seo bookmarking, article marketing, blog commeting, forum posts with you link on signature.
