    My sister's birthday is coming up this April 26! And its her 18th birthday! I don't know what to give her on her special day! Can you give me some tips? Suggest some?

    You can give her mobile phone or iPod. If you have big budget then go for diamond ring or diamond necklace as they love diamonds :D

    what have you noticed that she likes doing or always have talked about that she wishes to have?

    not really there are famlies where you aks what they want on the birth day and go and get her something with the birthday person, that way the person can get an choose the one thing really loves

    This is the best advise so far.. ladies really want to received flowers on special occasions.. especially on their birthdays and or valentines days I don't know but they mostly see their selves as a flower..
