    Hi All, I am selling the following web site: www.helpoffsite.com

    Details:
    Creation date: 02 Apr 2004 10:36:22
    Expiration date: 02 Apr 2007 10:36:22
    No traffic to speak of
    Is being visited by google + other spiders
    PageRank=0
    Revenue=0

    Included in this sale:
    The web site (it's based on an older template)
    The domain name, registered at namecheap.com (free push to another namecheap user).

    The site was originally setup by my ex-biz partner for another project that was never developed. The current web site has had no work or promotion done, new owner agrees to move files and content to new host.

    Minimum bid price of $20 payable by PayPal, highest bidder takes it.
    Auction starts at time of this post and will end Thursday May 11th,2006 at Noon EST. Winning bidder will be determined by the closest Forum Time Stamp to Noon May 11th,2006.
