    Just one page.............. Try with Micro-soft Frontpage or better way is many free scripts are there to install...................

    Try downloading a free template that is either just one page or includes a index (homepage) and fits your needs, you just have to add your content between div tags etc.

    You haven't told us much more about your intentions so difficult to advise further than that thus far. :)

    This can be done very simply. Simply copy the code above into notepade, save as .html and you're 95% done. I'm not sure if free hosts still exist, but I'd suggest google search. This info is easily attainable wiht 2 mins of searching.
