Someone has asked for my help with optimising his site
    http://ziservices.co.uk
I thought I better come here and ask the experts.
Normally I would advise to update regularly with interesting content and write to sites with similar interests to see if they would like to put a link on their site.
However, the above mentioned site belongs to a cleaning company in the outskirts of London England. It is not an interesting site, just very useful to schools, companies etc in the London area who are looking for a cleaning contract. All the information needed is on the site and that rules out regular updates. I also don't believe that any bloggers would have anything in common with this site.
    Any suggestions?
He has been contacted by SEO companies who want him to sign a long term contract and do not offer any guarantees.
If anyone would like to help for a small fee please let me know, otherwise free tips would be appreciated.
    Thanks!

What do you mean by off page? Do you mean that the HTML is good, but back links from other sites are needed?
