Helpdesk Software

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a basic low priced helpdesk software I can add to my site for support. Any recommendations?

 

Helpcentrelive is Open Source, Winapp a like chat software for your windows or mac computer comes at a cost, but is very cheap

helpcenterlive.com is free

 

osticket.com is free and works fairly well.

There is also a free version of SysAid - http://www.ilient.com/?adgrp=SysAid
It also gives you some inventory management and reports but probably isn't as polished.

 

Cerberusweb or Kayako. Only key players imo.

kayako is easier to use than cerberus from experience.

Kayako is my first pick. If you want something free I stumbled across this: http://www.phpjunkyard.com/free-helpdesk-software.php - No idea if its any good but worth checking out.
