    Is there a help desk script, free or paid that will allow anonymous users to input the question or problem and then it go to a queue for the admin to respond, then it is posted on the website.

    Is there a script like this? I searched hotscripts, but I don't want to install a million scripts looking for the perfect one.

    take a look at NetSupport DNA Helpdesk - it is the closest one I know..

    Thanks for the recommendation, I looked at that one, but it doesn't seem to do the most important thing for me...output to a website/webpage.

    Any other recommedations?
