Actually my dad isn't that smart...I rang him on his mobile & he's on holiday in Tenerife...I moaned about my problem for ages, and then he stayed on the phone whilst I tried to sort it out (for about an hour) Then at the end I reminded him that because he is on an english mobile in Tenerife, he's paying for most of the call, he hung up.
