    Im trying to get my little forum out int he world and get some new subscribers, any ideas on how i could start? i have used like google and yahoo advertising but that didnt really help. any information is greatly appreciated, thanks!

    Dont give up!

    Forums take a while to get off the ground. Work on your backlinks and maybe do some link exchanges with similar sites.

    What is your niche?

    I always see a problem with running a contest on a forum with only a few members. 9 times out of 10 once the contest is over the members don't return and your left with the same quiet forum.

    Just my opinion. :)
