Hi, I am a graphic designer, and I recently have been giving DP a try for projects. A client claimed that they have sent me 5 PMs which I have not received, and I have sent them a few PM's which they have claimed they have not received, over this Monday to today. I was wondering, what is going on? Not only is this a waste of time, but it is also causing client unsatisfaction both for me and for the client.
Are you sure you have the option to receive private messages enabled? My messages are working normally. I just checked and it seems you have elected to receive private messages.
It seems to be working now... When was the maintence I heard about? Can there be something to do with that?
Threre was a hardware problem last weekend. Am glad to know you are able to send and receive at this time. If you send a PM to anyone when their mailbox is full, the member will not receive the message but if member accepts emails from admin at DP, member will recieve notification that his/her email box is full and you sent him/her an email.
