Help!!!

I havent really done anything as far as SEO in the last month. My site went from ranking #7 to ranking #55 in yahoo. Seems like a major drop being I havent done anything. Its almost like it reverted to the november results. Is anyone else experancing this?

 

I go in and out of yahoo on a seemingly daily basis. I don't understand them.

 

That's scary. I just started ranking with them. I hope I can sustain it at least until I get out of the sandbox.

 

Last update killed one site of mine and did wonders for another. I still haven't figured Yahoo out.

 

I believe that you might be getting bounced around different data centers. I say this because with my sites sometimes I am say #1 and other times I am #15 and back to #1 so maybe your experincing the same thing.

You said you didn't do much in terms of SEO, but make sure that you did not place links to any sites that are in a bad neighborhood or too spammy (lots of google ads, 1 page of content type of thing).

This can also make you drop like you described.

Interesting theory.. I am going to have to look at who I am linking to and see what Yahoo thinks of them.
