if i have a Banned Site fron Google Adsense & get an approval on another Site... Can i post Ads on my Banned Site? If i insert those ads on my Banned Site, what'll happend?

Google will recognize the banned site in question, and stop showing ads for the site in question, but it will still work for your new site.

I believe google bans by domains, not for the account

 

I believe SEOboard is correct, the site was banned for a reason, so they arent gonna support it for any of there other services as far as I am aware.

You can try other PPC advertising networks...

 

If you owned the banned site when it got banned it's you that are banned not the site and they will eventually find out and ban you again. If you bought a site that was banned before you bought it don't even think about putting up adsense or your whole account will be banned.

Sites are never banned by Adsense, "YOU" are banned...I might buy a site which is banned site frm adsense ...how would I know if its banned b4 buying? Its your name, adds etc. that gets banned never the site.

 

Are you sure? Then why I got REFUSED thrice when I applied the same site..... Can you tell me?

Actually individual sites can be banned for things like improper content while the main account stays active...Of course this only affects like 1% of the people banned.

Thats true.
They "Banned" one of my sites but not my account (Thank you Google!!! ).
I think it depends with the problem that your site have.

 

Sites are not "BANNED". Google wont allow you to post their ads on a site because of its content. E.g.: Nudity, porn stuff etc. But the account in question is only banned after some warning/s from Google. If there are Google ads on a site/page which as a nude pic Google will write to you asking you to remove ads from that page ...if you wont remove after some time they will ban your account. Later, If you remove the nude pic & apply for new adsense account with a NEW name, NEW adds & same site....Google will definetely accept it
