i have buyed many mass mailing softwares but don't know how to use ,operate it?where can i learn the lessons about how to operate it?

 

Try reading the help or readme files for the programs you bought. You can also visit their website and see if there is a FAQ or Help forum. If all else fails you can always Google "the software name + tutorial/help".

there is asking to enter servers name in setting field.like stmp,dns,imap.what are those?and what is the definitions of that servers?is it compulsory to set up stmp or any other server. to use mass mailing software? i have mailed the admin that the mails are not delivering.he told to choose the server as external.please tell what are the all things i have to set up to use it correctly?I have buyed more than 10 mass mailing softwares but don't know how to use it?i will fail to do it.does my money got wasted?
