    i need help someone send me my exact location on instagram also they have a chat with me on discord before sending my location and am very worried how did they know that while i did not tell them anything or my phone num or email even links i did not visit any or opened a photo!!??
    how could they and how can i protect myself

    I fear there is no such thing as total privacy online. Just don't say or put in writing anything you would not want anyone to know.
