Well Featuered link =( top catagory ) in most directories = $$$ Regular links = 3rd level Links = chances are you will be on page 3-20 for a certain catagory.... Depending on owner they can set it to FREE if they choose.. Reciprocal = means that you have to add that directories link somewhere on your site and give a direct link back... these are usally cheaper since you are going threw the effort of helping the directory owner out. and somtimes FREE.. A reciprocal link requires a link back to the directory. A regular link can be free or paid. A free link costs no money or reciprocal link. A reciprocal link is a paid link 'cos you're paying with an outbound link.
the big directory owner has already explained! but then, it all deponds on the directory owner, you can get featured links for free, and even get regular with reciporcals paid. though it deponds more on the page rank, other than anything else!
