    IM really new this kind of thing, im creating my first network and would like to know the best ppc company I can use. I will not use google adwords. Personal reasons :) any help appreciated.

    Google and Yahoo are the best. If you don't wont to use Google then try Yahoo.

    I would overcome my personal reasons and use Google, but if you can't Yahoo is the best choice.
