You probably have no page rank to show. Is Google even still doing the page rank thing? Sounds like you are reading some really outdated information. Matt Cutts wrote in a blog post that PR Updates are considered pretty much a non-event around Google. So, the cron job updating PR could be buggy or inconsistent.
