    What I am assuming is you are looking for Debit Card. Payoneer is a good choice for prepaid debit card.

    Hi guys,

    I'd like to clarify that while Payoneer does offer a pre-paid debit card, it is meant to be loaded by partners. If you haven't received a minimum payout from a partner, you will not be able to receive private loads to the card.
