    Your mail server have no reverse dns, this is required by most of the mail servers. You can add this by contacting your data center/server provider.

    Your name server all recursive DNS lookup, this is newly added feature at dnsreport, most dns server are setup this way. You need to edit /etc/named.conf to fix this. This is not very critical.
