Help?

    well, that I would do is this:
    1: create the rounded corner box with the rounded corner shape tool. (radius of around 15 degrees)
    2: control+click on the shape layer to make a selection of the shape
    3: create a new layer, then go to edit->stroke, and apply a stroke of around 2 or 3 px.
    4: then just erase out parts of the lines to make the dashes, either by using the erase tool (you have to be precise so the lines look consistent), or use the marquee tool to select accross the whole shape and delete...

    there's other ways, such as creating patterns and apply the patterns to the stroke, etc.. but the above is the easiest to explain
