Is there a company in Cj the 10 $ to give each new registration ?
And found a company that produces 3$ on each registration, but was not given to me what is won

There are several companies in CJ that pay $10 or more for new trials taken out, however as with most of them you have to be manually approved.

There are lots of CPA networks (non CJ), that will pay you between $10-$40 for 3-8 fields forms, why don't you try those.

 

actually, it's become very hard to get approval from such merchants as they approve publishers manually and they research a lot before giving any approval
