    i created an ads and filled billing informations.
    Do they call me or Do i need verify my address like Adsense :confused:

    Not as far as I can tell, you sign up for an account, prepay your account, they'll charge you $5 for "processing fee" or something, and off you go, are you sure you created and followed the set up correctly?.

    If you already created campaigns, go to ads tab and see if they are approved or pending review.
