Yes you do have to give them what they are asking for. Just be 10000000% sure you are really at paypal and not at a shadow paypal ( fraud! ) site. You can also call them on the phone to even more sure.

Well if you provided fake information then you lied at the application and your action would have breached your contractual agreement with paypal. As such, your only real honest option would be to forget about the account altogether. If you ever sign up for an account, make very sure that you only provide 100% real information of yourself. Honesty is the best way of gaining trust. Use fake information and it sure looks like you are engaging in fraud.

Guess you are new to the internet. 'http://' denotes a normal URL while a 'https://' denotes a secured website. Basically all the data between you and the site would be encrypted so that technically no one can steal the information while they do electronic eavesdropping on your account. Banks and Payment sites would all use https:// .

The fact that paypal is limiting the balance inside your account is because it has to ,paypal need control that there system would not be doing for something Harm, the limitations will be eliminated one you could verified the account with US bank account either credit card or debit card number, all Follow same rule, and that include you if you want to take benefit from paypal

Yes, you will need to provide them with complete details and also verify your account. You can verify your account using credit card or bank. It depends on which country you live in.

Once your account has been verified, the limits will be removed or enhanced.
