First I would say improve your English, second if all you want a forum for is to make money it will probably end up spammy. Focus on a specific topic, target it to that audience and go from there.

As long as you rewrite it entirely you don't have to worry about it.

    Say cheese...:D

It is OK if you re-write the content.
However, suggest to re-write it with your own words than use tool

I agree with lifeplayer. Do not use a program to re-write. Personlize it, change it, make it so that you cannot tell it was re-written. Otherwise, it could put you into a little bit of trouble for plagarism.

To start with, enroll members into your new forum. Pay and hire some forum posters to infuse fresh contents; never copy and paste from other forums. It is not good. Build contents slowly and steadily up to a point where with the sufficient number of members and contents, it can survive on its own. Keep promoting your forum in a big way!

If I am not wrong ,your major concern is the re-written content along with adsense right ?

As long as you re-write them yourself, they are fine but if you copy paste it to your forum from somewhere else then you risk your Adsense account so think twice.

I don't believe in shortcuts. Either way, you just have to rewrite whatever you find and that should be ok. All these rewriting tools are at best unreliable.

Don't be lazy, you will never be successful if you're not willing to put the effort in.
Re-write them yourself or just write new content.
