Do youtube have a rules regarding putting annotation? Usually I have an annotation on the videos that I uploaded and then point it out on a url on the description.. I'm doing this for almost a year now and I have no problem until this one. Right now I can create an annotation but it isn't visible on the video right after I published it. Done it many times already but I still have no luck to make it work. Maybe it's a glitch or they're doing some maintenance there? I afraid that there are rules regarding putting annotation that I'm not aware of... Anyone who's having the same problem or atleast can explain this issue? TIA
