Help Yahoo! Domains to Cancel !

    Before one month and even two days before I had registered in yahoo! small biz for domain at $1.99.But it was not available at any time.

    But my CC is in use and they never refund my payments.So please help me !

    How can I cancel their service and get my money back.
    I got " technical " problem while registering with Yahoo!

    Help !

    I registered my first domain with Yahoo and hosted it with them as well. I have to say that dealing with them was a nightmare. Their service and support is almost non-existant.

    So to get back my money can I post a mail to them or any methods to cancel my CC payment ?

    I don't really know. I had problems with them myself and could never get them resolved. Eventually I was able to transfer most of my domains away from them to GoDaddy, but there is one that is still stuck with them. They are charging me $35 per year and refuse to allow me to transfer the domain!

    My advice to anyone would be to stay away from anything to do with Yahoo.
