Help with WordPress - Incorrect Title Tag

This is on WP 2.7, I'm using All In One SEO Plugin with it (not sure if that's where issue lies or not)

My front page is static - which means posts are not displayed on it. You can set it as static on Settings >> Reading page.

I have created another page which hosts posts. You can also set that page on Settings >> Reading page.

The page which has posts, displays same title tag as the front page, even though I chose to have a different one for this page.

It appears as though the script forced index page title tag onto the page with posts, thinking that since that page has posts on it, it must be the index page. But it isn't. You can host posts on a page other than index page. But then the title tag of that other page is over riden by the index page title tag. I would like for it to have a title tag assigned to it, but don't know how to fix it.

I'm unable to resolve this on my own, can somebody help?

It's really hard to make any easier explanation, but here go the links:

http://www.thezeitgeistmovement.ca/ - main page of the blog is static (aka doesn't display the posts)
http://www.thezeitgeistmovement.ca/articles/ - this is the page that is set to display posts (there are only two at the moment). This page displays the title tag that is for main page. I assigned this page different title tag, but it still only takes the one that is for the main page. I'm assuming the glitch in WP makes it think that the page with posts, even though you choose it not to be the main page, will display the title tag for the main page, not the title tag for that page ;)

All you have to do is use the All in One SEO WP plugin (under Settings --> All in One SEO) to enter the title tags that you want on this page: http://www.thezeitgeistmovement.ca/articles/ AND then enter the title tags that you want directly in the All in One SEO section on the static page that you are using as your home page (so if the static page that you are using as your home page is http://www.thezeitgeistmovement.ca/home/ then go to Manage --> Pages --> home and within that page then enter the title tag info into the All in One SEO section).

yeah, that's exactly what the problem is. It doesn't work. I have done it exactly like that and All in One SEO still shows that /articles page has its own title tag, but it gets over ridden by the title tag of the main page. Even All in One SEO fails to get this part right.
