Help with wordpress CHMOD

    All of a sudden my wordpress folder CHMOD permissions have changed to "411", for that reason my blog is not working.
    At first i thought it to be some technical issue with my web host but later when i checked all the folder permissions have been changed.
    I am trying to change each of them, again when i refresh its getting back to "411".
    I am not even able to enter any folder due to insufficient permissions.

    Please help me rectify this problem

    If you think that it doesn't depend on your host, so it can depend on a plugin, but I think it depend on your host. Contact with them.
