Help with Wordpress ~ $10

    I have the default version of Wordpress set up now and I need some help with some basic configurations.

    1 - I want to remove the blue header.

    2 - I want to remove the right navigation (and search).

    3 - I want to make it so that (only) I can respond to individual comments.

    4 - I want to make it so that every second blog comment has a light blue background color.

    5 - I want to increase the width of the main white area.

    6 - I want to make it so that WordPress does not add big spaces between words.
