The template and graphics is fine, but placement of text is not that professional. Login form seems to be disturbed, color combination of text is not good at all. The titles (points) could be placed in better manner either in rectangular box or in good looking list. To me it seems like you need re-design your text placement.

First I think you could remove the border around the table, then you can try and keep the same color & font for all the text you have, because it gets annoying looking at all sort of different colors and styles like that. Also you could add style to your input and submit areas, Finally I think a new design couldnt be so bad & hard. Open up dreamweaver and withtin 1 hour you can get something better than that.
It is good to see that you are changing designs as per suggestions here (including mine). But honestly, you should hire a designer instead of doing it yourself. The look of your site is now getting worst after changes. I'll suggest you one thing... hire designer and everything will be fixed.
