Help with Website Valuation

Hi, just wandering if you could give me some advice?

I have the chance to buy an entertainment website for $12,000.00.
It ranks on page 4 of google for an extremely competitive niche that has 128,000,000 results and gets over 3,000,000 global monthly searches for it's top 3 target keywords.

The site at its peak a year ago was getting 70k-80k unique visits per month and making $3k/month, now it's only getting 20k-30k unique visits per month and is making $1000/month.

It has 300k backlinks.

The site needs alot of work done to it and a lot more promotion, but do guys think it's worth the price?

if you are interested in site,then discussing it here wont solve anything,you should just purchase it

 

You could make your money back in a year and also make a profit if you can get it back to what it was making a year ago.
