Help With Vista Please! I knew I shouldn't have upgraded!

    I took a chance and decided to upgrade when I bought my new computer.

    Only problem is now when I click to view any images or videos I get the blue screen of death and a physical memory dump.

    Anyone have any idea whats going on?

    what are your system specs? also, did you upgrade to vista x32 or vista x64?

    Windows Vista Enterprise. X32 I believe

    2gb ram
    Intel Core Duo 2.4ghZ

    Any and all help would be appreciated.

    upgrades from xp realy sucks, it has been reported by manhy users is better is you do a clean install
    if you vista dvd is an upgrade cd i can provide you with info how to make a clean install with that cd
