Help with vBulletin db migration to new server

Is it possible to do this migration using only ftp for the files and phpMyAdmin for the db dumping and restoration? I'm having problems getting phpMyAdmin to make a full dump of the db. If it can't be done this way, then can someone tell me what I must do?

There is usually an option in he control panel that will allow you to create large backups. If that is not the case, your best bet will be to open a ticket with your hosting provider and get them to do an sqldump of your database.
