Help with VB3 installation

    Im trying to set this up here:

    http://www.vgcity.com/subdomains/forums/

    I have the ad_network_245.php set up
    I have ad_network_ads_245.txt

    However when i edit in footer .php and add $ad_network

    it does not show anything.

    I have this in the phpinclude_start template

    ob_start();
    include('/home/httpd/vhosts/vgcity.com/httpdocs/subdomains/forums/ad_network_245.php');
    $ad_network = ob_get_contents();
    ob_end_clean();



    If i do how the site says:

    include ('ad_network_245.php');


    Nothing either.
