Help with UK AOL Internet

    My friend lives in UK and , He just formatted his PC, now not able to connect to internet.. Anyone using AOL can tell me if any configrations are needed??

    I'm not with AOL, but my friend is using AOL.

    If connecting to the Internet, what modem does he use? DSL modem or router? If he uses a modem, he needs to reinstall the drivers and enter the connection details again.
    As for router you only need to enter the connection details, it is not required if AOL provides it automatically.
