    Hi ,
I will receive 10$ from someone based in USA , but he wants to send me this money via paypal...
I dont have a paypal account because I am a person from a country that is not supported by paypal. I want that you receive this money and then send me 8$ by moneybookers ...
This means that you must have paypal and moneybookers accounts ...
Please pm me or reply here ...
    Regards.

Also , I have unverified paypal account with 62.5$ on it ... I opened it as USA resident but I am not from there ... The limit is 0 now and if someone can take this account ,verify it and send me ... lets say 40$ of them I would be grateful. Thank you and please respond on my previous request :)

Both moneybookers and Paypal [and DP too] do not allow any kind of money exchanges. I suggest you tell the person to send you the money via moneybookers.
