Help with thesis theme

I am developing a blog for the first time. http://www.internetmarketingforbeginners.org/

In the sidebar you can see a square which should actually be the image. I want to pace a optin form in that square asking people to give me their contact info.

How should I do that
Or is there any way of completely getting rid of the box as it comes default with thesis

yes that is what i want

 

1. In thesis menu Design Options. Click Multimedia Box. Setting - Do not show box.
2. In thesis menu Design Options. Click Site Layout. 2 columns. width(what you want).
Column Order - Content, Sidebar 1 (or what you want).
3. Click Big Ass Save Button.

4. Menu tools - Optin Form Adder. Click Optin Form Placement and remove all check in Within Post and Within Single Post.
5. Click Save.

6. Go to Design - Widgets and place MBP Optin Form Adder to Sidebar 1.

I dont know works form or not because I use local machine and I dont have form code.
