Help with the coding please.

    Hi guys, I have installed a newsletter facility to my Travel Agency site. Before I make the page live I just need to tidy it up a bit.
    If you go here you will see how the page should look. However if you go to my newsletter page here you will see that everything is wrong. I am sure its a simple code tweak but I dont see anything obvious. Any suggestions much appreciated.

    Much appreciated mate. I knew it was a simple fix. But sometimes you are staring at something for so long that your eyes go all fuzzy lol
