Help with submit

Im new to php and im trying to make my submit button open up 2 windows at the same time. How would i do that?

 

I don't think this would use PHP, maybe Javascript.

based on what Mc Cabe said I feel you'll need some more info

you have to add the onclick="action()" to your submit button and that function will open a new popup (you can make it inline also)
