I submitted by sitemap to google (http://www.theseogalaxy.com/sitemap.xml)
If u the chk link, Its messed up badly, can google still read it ?

When I was submitted my sitemap and google asked me my site name I entered www.theseogalaxy.com

by putting www the sitemap becomes messy

    see this one without www
    http://theseogalaxy.com/sitemap.xml

So I just added another site in webmaster tools
    i.e theseogalaxy.com
    and added sitemap

If I keep both the sites and sitemaps in webmaster tools, will there be any problem?
Also my blog is wordpress any one knows the way to fix the site map with www ?

The first thing you should do is decide on one URL, the canonical URL, and make your site only answer to that URL. Either www.theseogalaxy.com or just theseogalaxy.com, but choose one and have the other one 301 redirect to it via htaccess.

Then, if you still want an XML sitemap, you can have one generated for you -- without the errors :) -- here:
