Help with site navigation PLEASE

    Hi everyone. I'm in the process of building my site www.buildmusclegainweight.com, and am trying to create a user-friendly navigation

    I currently have a drop down menu at the top, and a side menu also.

    Here is where I am having trouble... I am not sure which menu items I should include in the side navigation on the sub pages of the site??

    I'm sure I'll have to clarify as this may not be clear.

    I'd help but I really don't understand your question.

    I think you may be on about your menu titles, if so:

    Hi apdfranklin,

    You could probably make the side navigation look more like navigation menu itself. Now it looks like news headings.
