Help with simple rewrite

    Hello, Need me a simple rewrite mode for .htaccess .

    Now my urls like : index.php?page=forum&action=viewtopic&topicid=1

    I want to be like : index.php?page=forum&action=viewtopic=108 or index.php?page=forum&action=viewtopic&topic=108
