Help with setting up cron job - will pay you to sort!

    Hello guys,

    Ive set up this news intergration mod on my forum (in sig)

    Its all installed and working fine, but im at a loss with cron jobs.

    I dont know the 1st thing so i need someone to tell me step by step how to make, install and run cron job that will post news feeds once/twice a day.

    Im on webfusion linux pro package - and get to my DB via phpmyadmin.

    needed asap.
