    Hello,

Does anyone have a contact at Sedo or know of a Sedo rep that reads these boards?

I sent them the proper information almost a week ago to intiate a domain sale through their Domain Escrow Services and I have heard nothing back, not even an acknowledgement that the information was received. I also left a voice mail to follow up and still received no response.

I don't want to lose the sale because the buyer thinks the transaction is taking to too long.

    Can anyone help?

    Thank you.

    No.. I got it wrong..

If you are the seller a transfer can take up to 2 weeks depending on registrar at Sedo. Weird they dont answer you mails though..

Thanks to the members who have responded so far.

Just to celar it up in case anyone gets confused in reading through the thread:

I am the seller of the domain. The domain is not parked with Sedo and they had nothing to do with initiating the sale. I only wanted use their escrow transfer services that they advertise on the site. They call it External Transfer Service for people in this position.

    Thanks again.
