Hi. I am going to be getting out of the 'running' directories business. I don't have time and have other things on my plate. I have four directories which I plan to sell, my question is this, should I wait for Google to update PR or sell now. Here is a screen shot of what the predicated PRs could be. Would they be worth much more, or not too much if I wait. Honest opinions appreciated. All these directories have unique templates. honesty... i don't why anyone would buy anything based on a PREDICTION. UNLESS: they're getting it for a song. (dirt cheap) i see 2 options: 1) sell now - don't expect a lot 2) wait, build up a little more - get a little more (maybe) tough call. best of luck.
