Move everything from /home/ab2196/public_html/conceivinghelp.info/wp-content/themes/Free-Revolution-Theme-Lifestyle-WordPress-Theme-v2.0/lifestyle_20/ to /home/ab2196/public_html/conceivinghelp.info/wp-content/themes/conceivinghelp This should clear everything up. Wordpress looks for wp-content/themes/themename with all the files within themename/ but you have a subdirectory of all the files when its looking for PHP files.
