It seems you need serious coaching on web proxies. Search for proxy guides on the net.

I hope your'e not hosting them on normal shared hosting accounts?

By their very nature proxies are very resource intensive. Most shared hosts do not allow them.
There are a couple of things to look out for - enable hotlinking protection, and limit the filesize as this will help with your bandwidth. There are links to guides listed here:
    http://www.freeproxytemplates.com/category/proxy-guides/

I will also be adding our own guides very soon, so keep an eye open for those. My best advice is to try and read as much as you can about proxies, as they can be very profitable, but are also notorious for overloading resources if not managed properly. This thread has loads of people in who will help:

Have a read of that and you'll be an expert ;)

Check if one specific country is using too much of your bandwidth.
My guess is that China is taking up a lot of that.
If that's the case block Chinese traffic

Bandwidth is like fuel for Mercedes. They eat that as much as they can!

Stop worrying about bandwidth. Also, be sure you install hotlink prevention mod, available freely. This would save lots of bandwidth(useless one).
